Junior Sales Consultant
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to launch their career in Dubai real estate. As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be trained and supported to become a confident resale property specialist, working alongside experienced agents to assist clients in buying and selling properties.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Assist senior agents with listing management, client communication, and property viewings
- ✓Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
- ✓Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential leads
- ✓Conduct market research to support pricing recommendations
- ✓Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM
- ✓Participate in team training sessions and property events
Requirements
- ✓0–2 years of experience in real estate or a client-facing sales role
- ✓Strong desire to build a career in Dubai's property market
- ✓Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- ✓RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it upon joining)
- ✓Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- ✓Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
