Beyond Developments was launched in Dubai as a premium subsidiary of the renowned Omniyat Group, quickly emerging as a dynamic force in Dubai's luxury real estate market.

Within its first year, Beyond unveiled a massive 8-million-square-foot masterplan and launched multiple high-profile residential projects, including Saria, Orise, and the Japanese-inspired Siora community.

Expanding its vision inland in 2026, the developer introduced a AED 4 billion Mediterranean-inspired masterplan called The Yards in City of Arabia, blending urban connectivity with lush green landscapes.
